Our print shop is located in Miami, Florida. Yes, we proudly offer our services nationwide.
How long does processing take?
We process orders within 2-5 business days. This timeframe ensures that we maintain the quality and care in the production of your custom items.
What are the requirements for artwork submission?
Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork for printing. The better the quality of the artwork you provide, the better the final print will be.
We also offer design assistance. If you need help finalizing your design or ensuring it's ready for printing or embroidery, our team is here to help. Please note that additional fees may apply for design services.
What if my design needs to be digitized for embroidery?
If your files are not already digitized for embroidery, our designers can convert your file for an additional fee. The quality of the digitized files is crucial for the final embroidery outcome.
Can I visit your location?
Our South Florida location is open by appointment only as it is a production facility. We do not accept walk-ins. An associate must be available to assist you, which is why we require appointments.
If anyone arrives at the production facility without an appointment, we cannot guarantee immediate assistance. You will be assisted once the associate is available and after the previously scheduled appointments.
